My journey in a few words

I am a professional contemporary dancer & trained ballerina, I am a mum, a yoga teacher & forever student, I know firsthand the importance of physical self care.

Flowing with me, classes & events

My classes are anything from dynamic vinyasa - slow flow - to restorative practice. We will organically transition between asanas (poses) before winding down, listening to the body and giving love & kindness to those vulnerable places.
